Multiple sclerosis (MS) generally responds well to stem cell infusion using one of two techniques. The simpler technique involves simple IV infusion of stem cells and is appropriate for relapsing-remitting MS. For chronic aggressive MS, we are able to treat with a combined immune therapy program using only the patient’s own stem cells to make a vaccine which is usually effective in providing twenty-year remissions. This however involves multiple treatments over the course of a year. We will analyze your case and mutually decide which is best for you.
