• Any person interested in care is invited to email Mark Hirmiz, our research coordinator at research@theforem.org. Alternatively, patients may call 847-699-6810. Patients will be evaluated at no charge.
• If treatment appears to be potentially appropriate the patient will have a remote consultation with Dr. Prodromos by video conference or telephone or in person in Glenview, IL, or Naples, FL.
